Explore your optionsNext Fund facilitates financing with lending partners. We help Canadian business owners explore options and prepare a financing request. The lender determines approval, pricing and conditions.
The Next Fund application asks for your legal business name, industry, time in business, monthly revenue range, requested amount and funding purpose. Include your full name, email, phone number and province or territory. Additional questions depend on the financing type.
There is no single rate or cost for every application. Review the written offer for interest, fees, total repayment, payment frequency, security and any early-repayment conditions. Costs and terms depend on the financing product, lender and application.
Business options include term loans, credit lines, equipment financing, merchant cash advances and invoice factoring. Property options include residential, commercial, multifamily, land and second mortgages, plus home equity credit lines.
Your request is saved for review. An advisor can follow up to clarify your needs and request supporting information. Submitting a request does not commit you to a loan.
Prepare your business details and recent bank statements. After submitting the business application, the optional expedited review lets you upload the last 12 months of statements or complete instant banking verification. Depending on the product, the lender may also request financial statements, identification, equipment quotes or invoice details. Your advisor will confirm the requirements for your file.
You can submit an application with credit challenges. Your credit history is considered alongside business performance and the lender’s requirements. Available products, costs and any security requirements depend on the assessment; submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
Monthly revenue helps a lender assess whether repayments fit your business cash flow. Revenue consistency, operating expenses, existing debt and time in business may also affect the decision. Revenue alone does not determine approval or a funding amount. The homepage calculator provides an illustration, not a financing offer.
Timing depends on the financing type, the completeness of your documents, verification and the lender’s review. Approval and the release of funds are separate steps. Providing complete information can help avoid follow-up delays. Ask your advisor for an estimate for your file; no approval or funding deadline is guaranteed.
Compare the amount you receive with the total amount you must repay. Review interest or other financing charges, all fees, payment amounts and frequency, the term, security or personal guarantees, and early-repayment conditions. For invoice factoring, also ask who collects payment and what happens if a customer does not pay. Compare written offers using the same funding amount and repayment period where possible.
